Production terms vary depending on the product, quantity, and time of year (production terms are longer during the holiday period). We will try to describe the main terms of our production by product. Please note that these terms are preliminary. We always provide specific dates to our customers before ordering.
Polyethylene bags with printing.
The production of polyethylene bags with printing takes a little longer than the production of the film in rolls because we still have to cut the painted film.
On average, the production of bags with printing from the beginning of the project to the final product takes 60 days. For subsequent orders, the production time is shortened, as there is no need to produce clichés, adjust the packaging layout, etc.
The production term of the film for the first orders ranges from 30-60 days. It is shortened for subsequent orders.
Paper packaging with printing.
Depending on the type of packaging and the quantity required, as well as our availability. Production time of paper packaging with printing takes from 2 working days to 20 working days.
Manufacture of non – standard polyethylene bags.
Depending on the type of packaging and the quantity required, as well as our availability. Production of of non – standard polyethylene bags takes from 2 working days to 30 working days.
Manufacture of polyethylene films.
The production time depends a lot on the ordered quantity and our availability, but it usually ranges from 1 to 3 weeks.
Manufacture of Stretch films.
Depending on the color and width of the film (standard widths are produced faster), the production time ranges from 2 working days to 7 working days.
